Acupuncture works to help maintain your body’s equilibrium. It involves the insertion of very fine painless needles into specific points on the body to regulate the flow of ‘qi’, your body’s vital energy. For a number of lifestyle and environmental reasons, qi can become disturbed, depleted or blocked, which can result in some symptoms of pain and illness. Treatment is aimed at the root of your condition as well as your main symptoms. ​Laura's style of acupuncture is both gentle and painless. Using her extensive knowledge and skills Laura is able to effectively treat a wide variety of conditions such as, depression, anxiety, migraines, infertility and pain. Laura is also an expert at treating complex autoimmune conditions with acupuncture and Chinese herbs.

Cellulite Therapy

​​Using the latest holistic and non-invasive technology Laura has formulated a smoothing and firming treatment to reduce the appearance of cellulite. The finest natural and organic products are combined with Thermatherapy, Ultrasonic Cavitation, LED Light, cupping and acupuncture to lift, smooth and firm the skin. ​ Advice on skin care, and nutrition for healthy smooth skin on the body may also be given as part of a complete health and beauty program. This treatment requires no recovery time so you can go straight from treatment room to the beach. ​This treatment can also be applied to the upper arms, abdomen or décolletage to firm and plump the skin in those areas please ask for details. Please note that the 60 minute treatment does not include acupuncture.

Young Hands

Our hands are often the first place to show signs of ageing with the skin on the hands being finer and more delicate than the rest of the body. Laura has designed a bespoke acupuncture and beauty treatment to hydrate and soften the hands, evening out the skin tone and reducing the appearance of age spots and wrinkles on the hands.

Chinese Herbal Medicine Consultation

Chinese herbs can treat a wide variety of illnesses and are particularly effective at treating skin conditions, such as, alopecia, psoriasis and eczema . Laura is an expert at blending bespoke herbal prescriptions, oils and creams to address your individual needs. (Chinese herbs can be taken alone or alongside acupuncture or facial acupuncture treatment).

Chinese Herbal Prescriptions - £25-£35 per week
Herbal Creams/Oils - £20-£30 per bottle

(NB: The use of Animals in Herbal medicine is currently banned in the UK and EU and do not form part of Laura's Chinese Herbal Medicine prescriptions. Laura is greatly concerned about the threat to wild animals and plants that have come as a result of the growth in demand for traditional medicines, and strongly condemns the illegal trade in endangered species. Laura uses information supplied by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES), the Wildlife Liaison Office of the Metropolitan Police and the Department of the Environment, all of whom work to stop the trade in illegal substances wherever it is found.)
