The Acupuncture Facial

Uniquely combining the benefits of a full organic facial with the rejuvenating effects of acupuncture. This facial has been designed to hydrate, smooth and plump the skin. Pigmentation and scaring are evened out and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles reduced. The skin is deeply cleansed to clear the pores and treat blemishes. A combination of acupressure, lymphatic drainage, facial reflexology and ayurvedic massage techniques are used to increase circulation to the skin, clear inflammation and lift and sculpt facial tissues, resulting in a soft and dewy complexion. Super fine and gentle facial acupuncture needles are used to increase collagen production and stimulate a lifting and tightening of the facial muscles and skin, as well as healing acne breakouts. LED Light therapy is used during this facial to enhance collagen and elastin synthesis activating tissue repair enzymes soothing and evening out skin tone, whilst also reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation and scaring. Reiki healing can also be incorporated into the treatment to enhance the deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. Comprehensive aftercare advice is given to all clients after their treatment to maintain the effects.

Golden Needle Facial Acupuncture

Golden needles have been shown to increase cellular regeneration bringing more healthy youthful cells to the surface of the skin, enhancing the anti-ageing effects of a facial acupuncture treatment. Naturally anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory gold needles can be of benefit to inflammatory skin conditions such as acne and rosacea, and those sensitive to standard acupuncture needles.​ The Golden Needle facial is an integrated body and facial treatment that includes facial cleansing, and body and facial needles. The Deluxe Golden Needle treatment also includes sculpting facial massage and may be supported by a wide variety of other techniques, including reiki, tui-na (Chinese massage), cupping, LED Light Therapy, and crystal skin rollering. Advice on diet, lifestyle, and skincare are often recommended as part of a complete health and beauty program.

Laura has extensively researched and adapted this traditional treatment to develop a range of bespoke techniques that may target specific skin concerns such as lack of elasticity, inflammation, dullness and breakouts etc. Using her unique massage and needling techniques Laura's treatments will leave your skin in this area looking healthy and refreshed whatever your age. This treatment can be done with gold needles for added rejuvenation, and may be added-on to a facial acupuncture treatment.

​Non-Surgical Face-Lift

Using the latest in holistic and non-invasive technologies specifically designed to target sagging skin and lack of muscle tone in the face, eye and neck areas. This treatment combines the finest natural and organic ingredients with Thermatherapy, Ultrasound, Micro-current, LED Light and Cryotherapy technologies which may benefit sagging eyelids, under-eye bags, jowls, double chins and sagging skin. (Acupuncture is not included in this facial). These individual technologies can also be added to a facial treatment (this can be discussed with you at your appointment).

​Signature Organic Facial

​Using only the finest natural and organic products Laura creates a bespoke facial experience designed to bring out your natural radiance and skin vitality. Facial massage forms a core part of the facial treatment as this aids with detoxification and oxygenation of the skin. The techniques used in this facial are also designed to help lift, tone and plump the skin bringing out its natural youthful glow. Suitable for most skin types (incl. sensitive skin) all facials include Laura's signature Manuka honey extraction technique if required. Treatments may also include exfoliation, steam, crystal rollering, LED light therapy, and lymphatic drainage. Depending on your skin needs and length of treatment some of these techniques may not be included in your facial. (Acupuncture is not included in this facial).
